Donate Items

The Little Essentials Toy and Book Drive 2026 will run from October 15-December 18, 2026.

We will be working with NYC Council Members to deliver toys and books to children in need.

Ways to support:

  • Donate via our Amazon wish list and have items delivered directly to our warehouse for us to distribute to families.

  • Collect new or gently used toys at your site and arrange to deliver them to our warehouse.

  • Ship items to: Little Essentials, 1 Brooklyn Navy Yard, Building 240, Suite 205, Brooklyn, NY 11205

    Items we accept:

  • Diapers (open packs accepted)

  • Wipes and Hygiene Items (new only)

  • Clothing and shoes for ages newborn to 5T

  • Pack n’ Plays and Bassinets

  • Car Seats and Strollers

  • Books

  • Small Toys (one bag per donation, no small pieces)

  • Baby carriers and slings

  • New blankets and receiving blankets

  • sleepsacks

Items we do NOT accept:

  • Jogging strollers

  • Stuffed animals or large toys

  • Nursing pillows and cover-ups

  • Baby formula and food

  • Breast pumps

  • High chairs and booster seats

  • Bottles and bibs

  • Cribs, crib bedding, mattresses and mobiles

  • Exersaucers, swings, walkers

  • Maternity clothing

  • Furniture
